There are projects where you can’t help but wonder: “How great must the owners probably feel at home?”. One of them is this very successful reconstruction of an attic apartment in a part of Olomouc, called Neředín, which was done by our friends - the Cojocaru couple.
When architects design heir own living space, they do it with the utmost care and all the elements used serve as a mirror of their personality. They search for the sweet balance to create a space that represent not only harmony and simplicity but mostly embodies an atmosphere of their home.
The main characteristics of the apartment are delivered by the use of very high quality natural materials and the uniform use of light tones. The simplicity of the interior is supported by the wooden wall panels and hidden door frames.
For the floor, we agreed on a classic herringbone 90° pattern in premium wood grading with an oil finish in a beautiful natural warm shade.
Specification of the selected material and project details
